- Assess, manage and mitigate risk, coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project including documents, submittals, change orders, client communication, subcontractor and vendor costs and schedules.
Has over 40 years of construction experience in Canada, Europe and Bermuda; has been involved in all aspects of construction from design to site layout, material procurement, allocation of manpower and coordination of sub-trades; interpretation and implementation of design and methodology; maintenance of project schedules; liaising with clients, architects, consultants and Government officials while also maintaining a high level of safety.
