Our founder, Heather McInnis has been in the industry since 2001 and takes pride in the rapport she has built up with her clients over the years.   Establishing McInnis & Associates Ltd. in 2007 and small by design, it covers Sales, Rentals, Property Management, Appraisals & Construction Management… we make a great team.

Heather specializes in Rentals, Sales & Property Management, having established long term relationships with clients over the years, particularly with Landlords both on and off the island and being available for all their property needs.  They can rest assured their investment is cared for and maintained with great detail given to finding the perfect Tenant for them and keeping up to date with the Rental and Sales market in Bermuda.

Integrating subcontractors into the project team to ensure a safe workplace for all project participants, providing clear identification and understanding of subcontractor responsibilities with open lines of communication.

  • Commissioning and start-up strategies that facilitate rapid and successful start-up turnover.
  • Creating a supportive teamwork atmosphere with all stakeholders to help reduce the possibility of risk cost and litigation, expediting projects to identify and resolve issues early.
  • Assess, manage and mitigate risk, coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction project including documents, submittals, change orders, client communication, subcontractor and vendor costs and schedules.

Has over 40 years of construction experience in Canada, Europe and Bermuda; has been involved in all aspects of construction from design to site layout, material procurement, allocation of manpower and coordination of sub-trades; interpretation and implementation of design and methodology; maintenance of project schedules; liaising with clients, architects, consultants and Government officials while also maintaining a high level of safety.
